I have a substancial number of out of state bond funds (Nuveen, Blackrock and others) upon which I have been paying many thousands of dollars of Indiana income tax’s for years.

I will forward your first comment to my accountant for comment, but something is very wrong here concerning MY finances, the heck with the market.
